Middle Point asked me to help them create a strong authentic brand both internally and across multi channel platforms. We have created a brand concept with strategy along with the visual representation of the brand through a new website, several templates for corporate communication, email campaigns, social media campaigns etc. We also aligned the team with core values by facilitating creative brainstorms, writing sessions, personal branding and leadership trainings.
Results were reduced costs, employer loyalty, an increased NPS Score and brand congruency.
